What to expect

Before the Visit

  • You’ll receive confirmation of your appointment time and any simple steps to prepare (such as avoiding ear drops unless advised).
  • There’s no need to rearrange your home — a small, clean space with a chair is all that’s required.

On Arrival

  • Sarah will introduce herself, explain the process, and answer any questions.
  • All equipment is fully portable, clinically approved, and cleaned between every patient.

Ear Health Assessment

  • A gentle visual check of each ear to understand wax build‑up and overall ear health.
  • If wax is present, the safest removal method will be chosen for you — micro‑suction, irrigation, or manual removal.

Wax Removal

  • The procedure is usually quick and comfortable.
  • You’ll be kept informed throughout, with the option to pause at any time.
  • If removal isn’t safe or complete, you’ll receive clear advice on next steps.

Aftercare & Advice

  • You’ll be given personalised guidance to help keep your ears healthy.
  • If any concerns are identified, you’ll be signposted to your GP or appropriate services.
